The Instituto Nacional de Astrofísica Óptica y Electrónica (INAOE), the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) through the Medicine Faculty and the ICAT, the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla, the Universidad Iberoamericana in Puebla, the UPAEP and the CIMAT Monterrey campus are aware of the importance and significance of scientific research and technological development in all areas, and, without a doubt, mainly in the area of health, we would like to cordially invite you to participate in the XIII National Congress of Technology Applied to Health Sciences and the III Congress International Technology Applied to Health Sciences: "Generation of New Diagnostic and Treatment Techniques," to be carried out in the hybrid modality on June 15, 16 and 17, 2023 in the Dr. Alberto Guevara Rojas and Dr. Raoul Fournier Villada auditoriums of the UNAM School of Medicine.

On Thursday, June 15, we started our event at the Dr. Alberto Guevara Rojas Auditorium and from June 14 it will be held at the Dr. Raoul Fournier Villada Auditorium; The presentation of the posters will take place both days in the Dr. Raoul Fournier Villada auditorium.

This year, the meeting will be held in a hybrid way, with the following characteristics:

• IN PERSON: There will be a maximum capacity of 400 people in the Dr. Raoul Fournier Villada Auditorium.
• VIRTUALLY: The conferences will be shown virtually at the Dr. Alberto Guevara Rojas auditorium with a maximum capacity of 100 people. Also, will be transmitted in the form of virtual conferences through a platform particularly implemented for this conference.
• The address and access data will be provided before the start of the event to the people who register through the registration platform.
• The presentation of posters will be face-to-face. All the works will be uploaded on the congress platform for consultation by virtual participants.
